I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our website, and tell you a little bit about Floodgates. Floodgates Worship Centre was founded in September, 2006 in the north end of Winnipeg, MB. We spent the next 3.5 years in a rented facility on Flora Avenue, where we reached out into our community in every way possible! From community dinners to kid's carnivals and BBQ's, the ministry of Floodgates has reached and impacted many people, leading them to a life of faith in Christ. In January of 2010, we moved into our new ministry center at 239 Selkirk Avenue. There we continue to advance HIS kingdom in our community. We exist to release heaven on earth by building healthy multicultural relationships, and offering healing and freedom through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Our main weekly gathering takes place Sundays at 11AM. A typical service at Floodgates would include lively and contemporary music, a relevant and engaging message from the Bible, and a kids and nursery program, as well as fellowship and refreshments following the service.
